AIR+, cooling for blown film

AIR+

AIR+ is an innovative technology designed for the cooling of air blown film lines. An evolution of the BRA+ range, the AIR+ is a stand-alone unit that produces cold air. It works by using the condensing water from a condensing kit or chiller at 15°C ÷35°C, and due to the unit employing the same technology featured in the ABF line, the AIR+ cools in a simple and direct way.

CONDENSER: Plates type
EVAPORATOR: Finned type
HOT GAS BY-PASS: It allows the continuous control of the cooling capacity granting a tight accuracy of the outlet air temperature (+/- 0,5°C)
CONTROL: Microprocessor control panel with electric panel manufactured to IP54
CERTIFICATES: CE – PED
