A new technical injection molding facility has been launched by our service team for an automotive molding company in Basilicata, Italy.

The company required diversified temperature control for large tonnage machines to optimize energy savings, particularly for the hydraulic power units of the molding machines.

An independent adiabatic system was implemented for these power units, along with a hybrid system featuring free cooling and adiabatic cooling for the mold servicing lines.

This solution, in alignment with Industry 5.0 principles, has resulted in significant energy savings for the company.
